Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager – International Sales (SEA Region)

Role Summary

Deputy Manager / Manager – International Sales (SEA Region)


Key Responsibilities

new customer base

sales of new products

market research, prospecting, and B2B marketing tools

end-to-end sales operations

technical queries, delivery schedules, and product updates

technical meetings, product presentations, and commercial discussions

production, quality, dispatch, logistics, and accounts teams

CRM systems, sales dashboards, market intelligence, and customer records

international exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing campaigns

sales plans, market research reports, MIS, and performance updates

sales support team

export procedures, documentation, shipment coordination, and customs regulations


Requirements

Biotechnology or Mechanical Engineering

8+ years of experience in international sales or marketing

Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore

technical understanding of industrial / mechanical products

export procedures, international sales documentation, and B2B marketing tools

filters, single-use systems, tubing, hoses, or related manufacturing sectors

team handling and cross-functional coordination

CRM and ERP systems

travel frequently across SEA markets
