Job Description

As an International Sales Manager at Cyfuture India Pvt Ltd, your main role will involve leading global sales operations with a focus on AI, Cloud, GPU, Video Bots, Call Center Solutions, and CRM offerings in international markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue, expanding the customer base, and mentoring a team of International Sales Executives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate a team of International Sales Executives to achieve revenue and performance targets. - Drive end-to-end international sales cycles including lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. - Develop and implement sales strategies for markets in North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. - Build long-term relationships with international clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction. - Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to provide customized client solutions. - Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in AI, Cloud, and Communication Technologies. - Create and monitor team KPIs, performance reports, and ensure CRM hygiene. - Participate in international trade shows, virtual events, and business meetings. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - 7-12 years of proven experience in International B2B Sales, IT, or Cloud industry. - Strong exposure to AI, Cloud, GPU infrastructure, CRM, or Call Center technologies. - Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination skills. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and client presentation abilities. - Ability to manage global accounts across different time zones and cultures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
