Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. International Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute

    international marketing and sales strategies

    to expand presence in Africa, Middle East, Europe, and other target markets
  • Identify potential overseas buyers, distributors, and converters through:
    • Emails
    • Phone calls
    • Online platforms, databases, and trade directories
  • Build, maintain, and regularly update a

    structured international client database (CRM / Excel)

2. Lead Management & Order Closure

  • Handle incoming enquiries and

    follow up consistently

    to convert leads into confirmed orders
  • Negotiate commercial terms in coordination with management (pricing, MOQ, payment terms, delivery timelines)
  • Ensure

    timely follow-ups

    for quotations, samples, and approvals until order closure

3. Client Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate with international clients for:
    • Sample requests and dispatch
    • Product specifications and documentation
    • Order confirmations and repeat business
  • Act as the

    single point of contact

    between overseas clients and internal teams

4. Reporting & Process Discipline

  • Continuously improve outreach scripts, email formats, and follow-up processes

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience & Skills

  • Experience in

    international sales / export sales / B2B sales

    (paper, packaging, FMCG raw materials preferred)
  • Good

    written and spoken English

    for international communication
  • Comfortable with

    cold calling, follow-ups, and long sales cycles

  • Basic understanding of exports, Incoterms, documentation, and payment terms (LC, Advance, etc.) is a plus

Personality & Attitude (Very Important)

  • Sincere, patient, and hardworking

  • Highly

    disciplined with follow-ups

    and daily sales activity
  • Emotionally stable and professional while handling international clients
  • Willing to

    learn, grow, and build a long-term career

    with the organization
  • Honest, accountable, and process-driven
