Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager specializing in Digital Transformation for the US market, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and expand business opportunities for IT infrastructure solutions. You are expected to leverage your expertise in IT infrastructure sales, manage client relationships effectively, and navigate the dynamics of the US market. Your role will involve identifying new business prospects, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the growth of our product and service offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire new business by following the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, preparing business proposals, negotiating terms, handling related documentation, and closing deals. - Focus primarily on International B2B Sales, particularly in the USA market. - Conduct client meetings at national and international levels. - Demonstrate product features through presentations, pre-sales costing, and negotiations. - Act as the single point of contact for customers and partners throughout the sales lifecycle. - Manage post-sales relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with the product team to provide market feedback, future requirements, and product enhancements. - Maintain an industry knowledge base to stay informed of trends and developments. - Drive target-based sales and revenue generation initiatives. - Work closely with the Marketing team to finalize sales strategies. - Utilize CRM systems for effective management of information and contacts. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development, with at least 2+ years of relevant experience in the US market. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organizational and planning abilities. - Demonstrated motivational skills to drive performance. - Proficiency in problem analysis and problem-solving. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong presentation skills. - Capable of making sound decisions to support business growth.
