Process Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize electroplating processes, improving efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. 2. Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to production teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth operations. 3. Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high-quality standards in the electroplating process, conducting regular inspections and tests. 4. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of electroplating equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. 5. Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electroplating activities comply with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and industry standards. 6.
