About The Opportunity

We operate in the global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and customer experience sector, delivering international voice and digital support for leading consumer and SaaS brands. This on-site, night-shift role supports high-volume international customers across time zones with an emphasis on accuracy, empathy, and SLA-driven outcomes.

Role:

International Customer Service Representative (Night Shift) — On-site, IndiaRole & Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely, high-quality inbound support via phone, email and chat to international customers during night shift hours, meeting set SLAs and quality standards.
  • Resolve customer queries end-to-end—verify issues, provide clear solutions, escalate appropriately, and ensure case closure with accurate documentation in the CRM.
  • Use ticketing systems to create, update and triage incidents; maintain accurate notes and follow-up actions to support cross-team resolution.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance KPIs (AHT, FCR, CSAT) and participate in quality calibration and coaching sessions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify recurring issues and collaborate with product, engineering, or operations teams to recommend process or knowledge-base improvements.
  • Adhere to compliance, data privacy, and security guidelines while handling customer data and escalation workflows.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • Fluent English communication (verbal and written) suitable for international customer interaction
  • Experience handling inbound calls in a customer service or BPO environment
  • Familiarity with ticketing/CRM platforms (Zendesk or equivalent)
  • Comfortable supporting customers across phone, email and live chat (omnichannel support)
  • Exposure to call center telephony systems (Avaya or similar)
  • Proficiency with MS Excel for reporting and call-log tracking

Preferred

  • Previous experience supporting international (US/UK/AU) customers
  • Knowledge of SLA-driven environments and basic troubleshooting workflows
  • Additional language skills (e.g., Spanish, French) or experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce Service Cloud
