Social Media Marketing (freshers/night shift)

About The Opportunity

• Create, schedule and publish platform-optimised short-form and static content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube according to daily briefs and content calendars.
• Manage community engagement during the night shift: respond to comments and messages, escalate leads and moderate conversations to protect brand reputation.
• Support paid-social campaign setup and monitoring alongside senior marketers—assist with audiences, creative variants and basic performance checks.
• Track key social metrics daily and prepare concise performance snapshots for campaigns and content experiments.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and operations to iterate on creative; repurpose high-performing content for different platforms.
• Monitor platform trends, hashtags and competitor activity; recommend tactical content ideas and rapid-test experiments.

Qualifications & Candidate Profile

• Open to freshers and recent graduates; internship experience in social media or digital marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to work strict night shift (typically 10:00 PM–6:00 AM IST) on-site at an India location.
• Strong written English for short-form captions, comment replies and quick reporting.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and able to follow briefs precisely.
