A fast-growing firm in the Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Services sector, we deliver end-to-end hiring solutions to startups and growth-stage enterprises across India. We partner with hiring managers to build high-quality pipelines, reduce time-to-hire, and improve candidate experience through efficient sourcing and screening workflows.We are hiring an on-site, entry-level Talent Acquisition Associate (Junior Recruiter) to join our India recruitment team and support full-cycle hiring across multiple technical and non-technical roles.Role & Responsibilities

• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), Boolean search, and internal talent pools.
• Screen resumes and conduct shortlisting calls to assess fit against role requirements and company culture.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers; manage feedback loops and next-step communications.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure timely status changes and documentation.
• Support offer preparation and onboarding logistics in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
• Assist with employer branding activities, campus outreach, and talent pipelining projects as needed.
  

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• Proven hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search techniques.
• Practical familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate lifecycle management.
• Experience using Indian job portals such as Naukri and Indeed for sourcing and job posting.
• Ability to perform objective candidate screening and conduct structured shortlisting calls.
• Strong interview coordination and stakeholder communication (scheduling, follow-ups, feedback capture).
• Comfortable working on-site in India with a high-volume recruitment cadence.
  

Preferred

• Experience with CRM tools or recruitment databases.
• Familiarity with offer management and basic onboarding processes.
• Exposure to campus hiring and early-career talent programs.
