ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Junior Recruiter, you will be an integral part of our talent acquisition team. You will learn the fundamentals of recruiting from the ground up, supporting our senior recruiters in identifying and attracting top talent. This role is perfect for someone who is a great communicator, highly organized, and eager to learn.RESPONSIBILITIES:- Assisting senior recruiters with the end-to-end recruitment process.- Sourcing potential candidates through various channels like job portals, social media, and professional networks.- Screening resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates.- Conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability and interest.- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers.- Maintaining and updating the candidate database in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Assisting in drafting and posting compelling job descriptions on various platforms.- Providing timely and professional communication to candidates throughout the hiring process.Please note that this is a freelance or contract-based position. It offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry with flexible engagement terms. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong portfolio and work on specific hiring projects while developing their skills.REQUIREMENTS:- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
