About the Role:

Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
  

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  

• Support the HR team in maintaining candidate records and recruitment dashboards.
  

• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process (from initial contact to onboarding).
  

• Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment activities.
  

• Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions.
  

• Help improve the candidate experience and recruitment process efficiency.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

• communication and interpersonal skills

• organizational and multitasking abilities

• recruitment tools and job portals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  

• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
