About the Role:

Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • end-to-end recruitment

  • identify staffing needs

  • job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases

  • initial screenings and interviews

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

  • recruitment dashboards and reports

  • positive candidate experience

  • talent pipeline

  • employer branding, campus recruitment, and hiring drives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Human Resources, Business Administration

  • 1–3 years of experience

  • sourcing strategies and recruitment tools

  • communication, negotiation, and interpersonal

  • multiple job requisitions

  • Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
