Job Description

Purpose:

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities at the site level. This role ensures timely hiring, smooth onboarding, and coordination with internal stakeholders to meet manpower requirements while maintaining compliance and enhancing candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Assist in executing recruitment plans based on site-specific manpower needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP for scheduling interviews and assessments.
  • Support Day-1 onboarding by verifying documents and coordinating with security for access.
  • Liaise with Admin for Joining Kit preparation and distribution.
  • Ensure IT asset allocation by coordinating with the IT team.
  • Facilitate induction sessions and ensure completion of joining formalities.
  • Conduct welcome sessions and introduce new hires to their teams and managers.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
  • Publish job postings on internal and external platforms.
  • Coordinate with recruitment agencies and vendors for sourcing.
  • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and

offer rollouts.

3. Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure all recruitment and onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with

company policies.

  • Maintain records of candidate applications, interview evaluations, and offer letters.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to hiring and onboarding.

4. Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Work closely with site HR, Admin, IT, and Security teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Coordinate with BU HR and hiring managers for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
  • Support vendor management for recruitment-related services.

5. Candidate Experience and Engagement:

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Gather feedback from new hires to improve onboarding processes.
  • Support engagement initiatives for new joiners during their initial months.

Qualifications / Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

  • Experience: 02 years of experience in recruitment. Internship or project experience in HR

is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectivel
