Job Description

You will be responsible for recruiting new talent for our organization while maintaining a strong employer brand. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with headhunters to hire and retain top talent. - Screening resumes and job applications. - Assisting in structuring job descriptions. - Conducting interviews with job candidates. - Coordinating with management and corporate recruiters to understand staffing requirements. - Utilizing online job boards, social media, and other platforms to find qualified candidates. - Responding to internal and external customers to meet staffing objectives. - Serving as a liaison with work organizations, affiliations, and agencies. - Conducting post-employment surveys on terminated employees. - Keeping up-to-date with HR knowledge through educational opportunities and professional publications. You should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. - Experience in developing and implementing recruitment plans. - Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, and policies. - Familiarity with sourcing techniques. - Excellent analytical and organizational skills. - Knowledge of referral programs. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Exceptional record-keeping ability. - Good time management skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills.
