Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) located in Bengaluru. The BDA will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, reaching out to potential clients, nurturing leads, and contributing to marketing initiatives. The role is crucial in driving the growth and expansion of CareerBloc by establishing and maintaining strong client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of marketing principles, including social media growth, SEO, and brand strategy
• Proven track record in achieving measurable business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in a business development role is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
