Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented International Business Development Executive to expand our presence in global markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new international business opportunities, developing overseas clients and distributors, managing export sales, and revenue growth across international territories.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new international markets for company products
  • Generate leads through email marketing, Linkedin, trade portals, and cold outreach
  • Develop relationships, with international distributors, importers, wholesalers, and retailors
  • Conduct B2B meetings, virtual presentations, and product discussions with global clients
  • Prepare and share Quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate contracts, payment terms, and long- term aggrement

Market Research & Strategy

  • Research international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Analyzing pricing, demand, and requlatory requirements in overseas markets
  • Support management in creating international sales strategies

Client Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong long-term relationships with international customers
  • Provide after-sales support and resolve client queries efficiently
  • Ensure high-levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business

Reporting & Target Achievement

  • Prepare Sales Reports, forcasts, and market feedback for management
  • Update CRM systems with client and sales data

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent English communication skills ( verbal & written )
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Should knowledge of international sales & export processes
  • Ability to handle B2B global clients independently
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, CRM tools, and email communication
  • Ability to work across different time zones

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field

Experience Required

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in international business development / export sales
  • Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods / Manufacturing / Trading is advantage
