. International Market Development

• Identify and develop new export markets for APIs and finished formulations
• Study global demand, competition, and pricing trends
• Select potential distributors, agents, and direct customers

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Identify and onboard international clients (pharma companies, distributors, traders)
• Maintain long-term relationships with existing overseas customers
• Act as the main point of contact for commercial communication

3. Sales & Business Growth

• Generate inquiries, quotations, and price negotiations
• Achieve export sales targets and revenue goals
• Finalize contracts, long-term supply agreements, and MOUs

4. Product Promotion & Technical Coordination

• Promote API and formulation portfolios based on customer needs
• Coordinate with R&D, QA, and Production teams for:
• Product specifications
• DMF/CTD availability
• Stability and validation data
• Support customers with technical and regulatory documentation

5. Regulatory & Compliance Coordination

• Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements:
• USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO-GMP, TGA, etc.
• Coordinate for DMF submission, variations, and audits
• Support customers during regulatory inspections

6. Export Order Management

• Handle end-to-end export order processing
• Coordinate with:
• Logistics and shipping teams
• Finance for LC, advance payments, and credit terms
• Ensure proper documentation:
• Commercial invoice
• Packing list
• COO, MSDS, COA
