Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee and take full ownership of all production activities at the plant Meet monthly production targets (volume and value) Ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with all regulatory and statutory norms Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on order pipeline and material availability Maintain cGMP standards and ensure the plant remains 100% audit-ready Review and control operating expenses; implement measures to reduce waste and process losses Ensure regular preventive maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime Prepare and present accurate MIS reports for management review Lead and coordinate efforts for achieving WHO-PQ certification for the plant and its products.
