About the Role:

Plant Head

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and take full ownership of all production activities at the plant
• Meet monthly production targets (volume and value)
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in line with all regulatory and statutory norms
• Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production based on order pipeline and material availability
• Maintain cGMP standards and ensure the plant remains 100% audit-ready
• Review and control operating expenses; implement measures to reduce waste and process losses
• Ensure regular preventive maintenance of plant equipment to minimize downtime
• Prepare and present accurate MIS reports for management review
• Lead and coordinate efforts for achieving WHO-PQ certification for the plant and its products.
