Graphic Designer & Social Media Handler

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Social Media Handler to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and a good understanding of FMCG branding, packaing, and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for designing impactful visuals and managing our social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive consumer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design product packaging labels and in-store promotional materials.
• Create engaging digital creatives for campaigns, new product launches, and seasonal offers.
• Develop visual content for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and point-of-sale materials.
• Edit and enhance product images for marketplace listings promotions.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and market trends.

Social Media Handling:

• Develop and implement a monthly content calendar.
• Manage posting scheduling, and engagement across platforms ( Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Run paid promotions and boost posts when required.
• Engage with the audience through comments, stories, and DMs to build community.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategy based on data insights.
• Collaborate with influencers or content creators for FMCG product promotions.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, ( knowledge of video editing is a plus)
• Good photography sense and basic editing for product photos.
• Strong understanding of branding consumer behaviour, and design for retail/FMCG.
• Familiarity with Facebook/Instagram Business Manager & scheduling tools.
• Ability to work on multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills,

Educational Qualifiaction:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• 1-3 years experiences in a similar field.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with FMCG brands or /personal care products
• Exposure to packing design, POS display design, or the shopper market.
• Knowledge of marketplace listing creatives (Amazon/ Flipkart etc. )
