Graphic Designer & Social Media Handler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Social Media Handler who can manage the company’s digital presence and produce high-quality visual content. This role demands a blend of design skills and social media expertise to create, manage, and distribute engaging content across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Design social media posts, banners, flyers, posters, and digital ads.
• Create promotional and event-based creatives for campaigns.
• Edit images, thumbnails, brochures, and brand assets.
• Design presentation decks, infographics, and UI mockups (if needed).
• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals.

Video Editing:

• Edit reels, promotional videos, explainer clips, and short-form videos.
• Add text overlays, transitions, effects, and audio to videos.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Social Media Handling:

• Plan and schedule posts across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, and community discussions.
• Analyze engagement metrics and improve content strategy.
• Participate in trends, discussions, and online communities relevant to the brand.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Handler.
• Proficient in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or alternatives like Canva, CapCut, Figma, etc.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Excellent time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
