Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Application Support & Data Entry Executive to manage client data, provide technical assistance, and ensure seamless onboarding and usage of our application. This role involves accurate data entry, client interaction, and troubleshooting support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Data Entry & Management Enter and update client details in the application with 100% accuracy . Regularly verify, validate, and cleanse data to maintain consistency and correctness. Manage and organize data using MS Excel , including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Data Validation . Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards . 2. Client Support & Application Assistance Provide step-by-step guidance to clients on how to use the application. Address client queries, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate complex problems to the technical team if needed. Maintain a helpdesk or ticketing system to track and resolve support requests efficiently. Offer training sessions or demos to help clients navigate the application effectively. 3. Coordination & Reporting Communicate with internal teams (technical, sales, and customer service) to resolve client concerns . Generate reports, summaries, and performance metrics using Excel and application dashboards. Ensure all client requests and concerns are logged and resolved in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date documentation and user guides for reference. 4. Process Improvement & Quality Control Continuously identify areas for process improvement in data entry and client support. Ensure adherence to quality standards and operational protocols . Provide feedback to the development team for application enhancements based on client interactions. Qualifications & Skills:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Computer Applications, or a related field (B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, or equivalent). Additional certifications in MS Excel, Data Management, or Customer Support are a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Sorting, Conditional Formatting). Strong knowledge of data entry tools and database management . Basic understanding of application troubleshooting and support workflows . Familiarity with CRM tools, helpdesk software, or ticketing systems is an advantage. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for client interactions. Strong problem-solving ability and proactive approach to issue resolution. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting. Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently. Patience and adaptability to handle client queries professionally. * Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekend availability Ability to commute/relocate: Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 20/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 20/05/2025
