Position Summary

driving profitable export growth

Key Responsibilities

• Market Penetration & Sales:

  Identify new markets, acquire international clients, and build long-term relationships with distributors and agents globally.

• Export Cycle Management:

  take responsibility of the entire sales process, including quotation, negotiation of pricing/terms, and coordinating with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth export execution.

• Advanced Lead Generation:

  Utilize specialized trade intelligence tools (e.g., Import Genius, Trade map, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to conduct proactive date mining

• Strategic Intelligence:

  Monitor global chemical market trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics to provide strategic input for product positioning and sales strategies.

• Reporting:

  Maintain accurate CRM records, report regularly on sales performance to the team leader

Key Accountabilities

• Meet and exceed

  quarterly, half-yearly and annual export sales targets

• Generate high-quality leads and

  convert them into profitable, sustained orders

  .
• Successfully penetrate and develop business in

  new target countries

  .
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of all export documentation.
