Key Responsibilities

  • Client Meetings & Relationship Management:

    • Initiate, schedule, and lead video/telephonic meetings with US-based clients, prospects, and partners.
    • Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with healthcare providers and organizations.
    • Engage with clients to understand needs, propose solutions, and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Business Development Process Design:

    • Analyze current business development strategies and design innovative processes to improve lead generation, client onboarding, and revenue streams.
    • Implement best practices and automation tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
  • Revenue Generation & Sales:

    • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the US healthcare market.
    • Develop and execute effective sales pitches and proposals tailored to client needs.
    • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Service Management & Innovation:

    • Oversee the delivery of key services (billing, compliance, credentialing, etc.), ensuring clients receive value-added, tech-enabled solutions.
    • Present smart ideas and suggestions for improving service offerings based on market feedback and client requirements.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Stay updated on US healthcare trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
    • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for service enhancement.
  • Process Transition & Change Management:

    • Support the adoption of new business processes and technology.
    • Provide feedback for continuous improvement and adapt quickly to changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

    1–3 years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (preferably in healthcare or international markets). Freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Language Proficiency:

    Exceptional English communication skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:

    Comfortable with CRMs, virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet), and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, MS Office). Quick to learn new technologies.
  • Sales Mindset:

    Target-driven, persuasive, and passionate about sales and revenue generation.
  • People Skills:

    Friendly, polite, and engaging; enjoys networking and building relationships.
  • Problem Solving:

    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to handle client concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Adaptability & Learning:

    Open to new ideas and process transitions; eager to learn and grow with the organization.
  • Immediate Availability:

    Ready to start immediately and commit to working in the specified shift timings.
