Responsible for the coordination of all marketing and business development activities in all the functional Engineering Groups / disciplines in India with an objective to achieve the annual target and also be instrumental in developing and maintaining Client Relationship Management. Driving and monitoring Marketing / Business Development Operations. Scanning Industry scenario and scouting business for development Strong exposure to Lead generation, new business development & strategic account management Work with internal teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client Execute creative yet practical plans to service delivery through, workflow management and process standardization. Set up meetings between client decision makers and companys practice leaders/Principals. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and client needs. Attend industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to represent the firm and generate leads. Assist in developing marketing materials and digital campaigns alongside the marketing team. Preferred candidate profile 5 years (or plus) of experience in business development Proven track record of bringing new Clients Strong knowledge of the construction or engineering consulting industry (especially structural design services) Should be self-motivated. Ability to build long-term relationships with Clients. University degree from Civil background will be an advantage.
