Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Non-Clinical Dentist to lead business development initiatives for our overseas dental clinic. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Strategy Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the clinic’s international footprint. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth and revenue targets. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs in target regions . Client Engagement & Relationship Management Represent the clinic in virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders. Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, dental professionals, and business partners . Serve as the primary point of contact for overseas business inquiries and collaborations. Presentations & Communication Prepare, customize, and deliver engaging presentations to explain clinic services, treatment options, and value propositions to diverse audiences. Clearly articulate complex dental concepts in fluent, professional English to both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders . Respond to client queries and provide expert guidance on dental procedures, technologies, and clinic capabilities. Goal Achievement & Reporting Set, monitor, and achieve business development goals in alignment with organizational objectives. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), business leads, and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with overall clinic goals . Operational Excellence Ensure all business development activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and ethical standards. Stay updated on international dental industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies . Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (BDS, DDS, DMD) is required. Additional qualifications in business administration, healthcare management, or marketing are advantageous . Experience: Minimum 2 years of clinical dental experience (preferred). Proven experience in business development, client relations, or healthcare consulting, ideally in a dental or medical setting . Language & Communication: Exceptional command of English (spoken and written); able to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to international audiences . Experience preparing and delivering professional presentations. Technical & Business Skills: Strong understanding of dental procedures, technologies, and industry standards. Proficiency with digital communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams), CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical skills for market research and business planning.
