Lead Generation & Outreach Build a pipeline of qualified international leads using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls Run A/B tests on messaging strategies to optimize response rates Use tools to manage outreach campaigns Track and report key outreach metrics (open rate, response rate, conversion) B. Market Research & Sales Support Identify global target markets, distributors, and customer segments Prepare pitch decks, product briefs, and client-facing material Support planning and logistics for expos, events, and travel Stay up to date on competitor activity, product pricing, and market shifts C. Growth Exposure (Over Time) Opportunity to represent the firm at international expos and client meetings Coordinate product demos and implementation with R&D teams Feed market insights back into product and strategy Contribute new business ideas and cross-border initiatives D. What You’ll Do 1.Global Market Research & Prospecting Identify pharma manufacturers, distributors, and training partners across international markets. Build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and trade directories. Track and analyze buyer patterns and competitor activity. 2.Outbound Outreach & Client Engagement Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls. Craft and personalize messages to decision-makers in QA, Production, and Procurement. Manage responses, follow-ups, and CRM updates systematically. 3.Sales Enablement & Coordination Prepare quotations and export documentation support. Coordinate internally with our scientists. Support planning for international expos and customer meetings. 4.Growth Exposure (Beyond Sales) Learn Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy design and international business setup.
