Job Description

Corporate Internal Audits, Fraud Investigations, and Fraud Risk Assessments

Scope of Work -

Internal Audits

Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across business functions.
Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance frameworks, and risk management processes.
Recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and governance.

Fraud Investigations

Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraud, misconduct, or irregularities.
Collect, analyze, and document evidence in line with professional and legal standards.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and HR teams to ensure appropriate resolution.

Fraud Risk Management

Identify emerging fraud risks and develop preventive strategies.
Design and implement fraud detection tools and monitoring mechanisms.
Provide training and awareness sessions to employees on fraud prevention.

Reporting & Compliance

Prepare clear, concise, and timely audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and professional standards.
Support external auditors and regulators during reviews.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) preferred.
Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and fraud detection techniques.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.
Proficiency in audit tools, data analytics, and MS Office.
Strong communication and report-writing abilities.
High ethical standards, integrity, and attention to detail.
