Area of experience: Plant Maintenance, including Hot work, HE Retubing, Machining, Hydro jetting, Bundle pull-push, and static equipment. Resource management for project requirements. Review tender documents, specifications and drawings to ensure their completeness, including proposal preparation and approvals in accordance with company standards. Evaluation of technical and commercial proposals of sub-contractors and negotiation with Vendors/Contractors. Interact with clients in technical and commercial aspects. Collecting and analysing project execution data and communicating with management about diluting constraints. Coordinate resources and ensure timely and specific execution. Lead the effective execution of maintenance and assigned projects in support of Safety, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Coordinate procurement and store department inventory system to ensure adequate material and repair parts supply are in stock to reduce operation downtime. Attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients to improve productivity, optimise the workforce, and plan upcoming shutdowns/slowdowns. Support colleagues for allocating all DWM aligning with the clients daily requirements. Implement workforce multiskilling initiatives to enhance engineering capabilities and drive target achievement. Monitory the monthly billing and tracking for approval from the client.

Qualification & Experience:

BE Mechanical Engineering. Minimum eight years of experience in maintenance in the oil and gas petrochemical sector. Familiar with planning tools MS Project, P6, MS Excel.
