As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the voice of Samay Infosolutions, engaging with prospective clients to introduce our innovative cybersecurity solutions. You will play a critical role in building relationships, qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth through direct outbound and inbound sales activities. Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and engage potential clients through coldcalling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreachSolution Presentation:
Effectively communicate Samay's cybersecurity servicesand tailor solutions to client needsQualification & Nurturing:
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, understand clientpain points, and nurture relationships through the sales pipelineClient Relationship Management:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions,follow-ups, and deal status in CRM systemsSales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by managementDemo Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate product demonstrations and clientmeetings with technical teamsCompetitor Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape,and market dynamicsCross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with technical teams, management,and account executives to ensure smooth deal progressionDocumentation & Reporting:
Prepare accurate sales proposals, quotations, andweekly/monthly sales reportsClient Support:
Address client queries, provide information about services, andensure smooth client onboarding.Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related fieldExperience:
0-3 years of sales experience (inside sales, BPO, customer service, or business development background acceptable)Experience in B2B sales or IT services is a plusFreshers with strong communication skills and sales aptitude are encouraged to applyTechnical Knowledge
Basic understanding of IT/cybersecurity concepts (training will be provided)Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Proficiency with MS Office and email communicationEssential Skills & Attributes
