Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for an Inside Sales Representative. The responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, promoting educational products and services, generating leads, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also entails managing accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Inside Sales techniques, including pitching, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and Account Management to identify potential clients and maintain meaningful relationships.
• Experience in Customer Service and the ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
