What You’ll Do

• Prepare quotations, send them to clients, and follow up daily until closure.

• Generate new opportunities through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.

• Respond to inbound leads promptly and convert them into qualified prospects.

• Understand customer needs and clearly explain IT / SaaS products and their business benefits.

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.

• Maintain and update customer information in CRM tools.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Participate in sales trainings, team discussions, and continuous learning sessions.

• Stay organized, proactive, and customer-focused while managing multiple tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.

• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, and professional.

• Comfortable with online meetings/demos (via Zoom or Google Meet).

• Familiarity with CRM or sales tools like Salesforce, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms (a plus, not mandatory).

• Ability to understand and explain tech/IT/SaaS solutions in simple language.

• A self-starter who is target-driven, proactive, and eager to grow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
