We operate in the US and India and serve clients in Healthcare, IT, Light Industrial, Finance, and Energy sectors. We are expanding our Inside Sales operations to support global growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager based in India to build, lead, and scale an inside sales team focused on the US market.

You will own the inside sales function — from systems setup to outreach execution — and drive qualified pipeline growth for our US-based Account Executives and Delivery Teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop inside sales playbooks for US Staffing & RaaS services
  • Set up CRM workflows and performance dashboards (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Apollo)
  • Hire, train, and lead a team of SDRs/Inside Sales Executives
  • Manage outreach campaigns targeting HR, TA, and business leaders in the US
  • Generate qualified appointments and collaborate with marketing on lead generation
  • Monitor CRM metrics and report on pipeline performance

Qualifications

  • 6–10 years of inside sales or business development experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or SaaS
  • Experience selling to US-based clients (B2B)
  • Proven track record of building and leading inside sales teams
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English
  • Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo
  • Willing to work US hours (EST overlap preferred)

Compensation

  • Base Salary (India): ₹15–25 LPA (depending on experience) with Total On-Target Earnings - ₹20–28 LPA
  • Performance Incentives: Uncapped, tied to lead quality and conversions
  • Growth Path: Head of Inside Sales → Director – Global Sales Operations
