About the Role We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Manager based in India to build, lead, and scale an inside sales team focused on the US market. You will own the inside sales function — from systems setup to outreach execution — and drive qualified pipeline growth for our US-based Account Executives and Delivery Teams. We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Consultant to architect, execute, and scale our digital presence, brand strategy, and demand generation engine across all Xenspire entities. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Leadership Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Xenspire Group and its products (XenFlexer, XenHirely, and NeuroHiring). Establish the marketing structure, processes, and reporting systems , including hiring and managing a small internal or outsourced marketing team. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives across contract staffing, RaaS, and contingent search services. Digital Presence & Brand Building Build and maintain a cohesive online brand identity for Xenspire and its sub-brands across all platforms (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.). Manage and grow CEO digital presence (LinkedIn, podcasts, thought-leadership content, newsletters) to enhance brand authority and engagement. Develop and manage content calendars, SEO strategy, and community engagement plans. Advertising & Campaign Management Set up, optimize, and manage LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta Ads for B2B lead generation, awareness, and candidate pipeline development. Design data-driven campaigns targeting clients (for staffing and RaaS) and candidates (for XenFlexer and contract staffing pipelines). Build, test, and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Track and report on campaign ROI, CPL, and CAC , providing actionable insights. Community & Pipeline Growth Develop and grow online talent communities to attract and engage potential candidates for XenFlexer and other verticals. Build email marketing and retargeting strategies for nurturing both client and candidate segments. Collaborate with recruiting and sales teams to integrate digital campaigns into hiring and business development workflows. Analytics & Optimization Implement tracking frameworks (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insights, etc.) to measure performance and attribute conversions. Conduct competitive analysis and identify market opportunities. Report monthly KPIs to leadership with clear insights and improvement plans. Qualifications 8+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth, or Demand Generation , with proven success in staffing/recruitment or SaaS ecosystems . Strong command of LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite , and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, etc.). Hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Content Strategy . Demonstrated ability to build marketing teams and systems from the ground up . Analytical mindset with experience in A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance tracking . Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate brand vision into compelling campaigns.
