Role Highlights:

• Lead digital presence, branding, and demand generation
• Manage LinkedIn, Google, and Meta ads for client and candidate pipelines
• Build and lead internal or outsourced marketing teams
• Work directly with the CEO and executive team
• Drive thought leadership and content strategy
• Set up marketing systems, SEO/SEM, analytics, and funnel optimization

Who You Are:

• 8+ years in digital/growth marketing
• Experience in staffing, recruitment, or SaaS
• Strong with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta platforms, SEO, and email marketing
• Strategic, analytical, and execution-focused
• A team builder with a vision for scale
