Senior Marketing Consultant

As a Senior Marketing Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants [ESSC], you will play a pivotal role in understanding the company's Vision, Values, and Goals while conceptualizing brand marketing initiatives for clients across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and executing brand marketing plans, preparing quarterly roadmaps for clients, and developing relationships with brands and third parties. Additionally, you will be tasked with revenue projections, human capital planning, and ensuring compliance with ESSC's policies and practices within your team. It will be your responsibility to train and manage your team effectively, while also maintaining a network of resources for deployment as needed. You will be actively involved in community marketing, creating and executing concepts for clients within business and interest-based communities. Your goal will be to achieve 100% client retention by staying updated on the latest practices in Web 2.0 and 3.0.
