As a Senior Public Relations Consultant at El Sol Strategic Consultants (ESSC), you will play a crucial role in representing the company's Vision, Values, and Goals while fostering strong relationships with clients, media, and marketing channels. Your responsibilities will include: - Daily liaison with clients and media through various communication channels such as telephone and email. - Monitoring traditional and new-age media platforms for client opportunities. - Writing and distributing press releases, and pitching news stories to the media. - Analyzing and evaluating media coverage, and preparing client reports. - Managing events, including press conferences and promotional activities. - Assisting in crisis management and maintaining a positive team environment. - Planning and executing publicity strategies and campaigns. - Developing relationships with brands and third parties on behalf of ESSC. - Ensuring adherence to company policies and industry best practices. - Documenting all campaigns, including testimonials and client progress. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create comprehensive marketing strategies. - Staying updated on industry trends, technologies, and influencer marketing. - Creating brand marketing strategies and roadmaps aligned with client objectives. Your role will also involve public speaking, media relations, market research, and maintaining databases with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will be expected to strategize and implement PR plans, manage client expectations, and drive client retention.
