Strategic ● Understanding the Vision of the El Sol Strategic Consultants ● Understanding the Goals of El Sol Strategic Consultants ● Ensuring values and goals are imbibed by the ESSC team at large ● Understand the revenue projections for the financial year and plan for human capital based on that ● Manage Human Capital Planning and Retention ● Psychometric Evaluation ● Employee Growth at ESSC ● Oversee and Manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance ● Modify, create or delete policies ● Nurture a Positive Working Environment ● Manage El Soul and management relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues Functional ● Ensure legal compliance throughout Human Resources management ● Identify & shortlist candidates ● End-to-end involvement in the Recruitment Process ● Setting up processes ● Employee handbook ● Prepare or Update KRA’s & Job Description ● Performance Matrix ● Full-time office ● Supervise Payroll ● Paperwork: Recommendation Letters, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Termination Notice, Resignation acceptance and the like ● Create Templates e.g. Rejecting a prospective candidate
