● End-to-end involvement in the Recruitment Process

● Prepare or Update KRA’s & Job Description

● Performance Matrix

● Full-time office

● Supervise Payroll

● Paperwork: Recommendation Letters, Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Termination Notice, Resignation acceptance and the like

● Create Templates e.g. Rejecting a prospective candidate
