Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years of overall technical experience
  • Experience managing licenses (Microsoft and other vendors)
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Quick learning and adaptability to new technologies
  • Expertise in Windows, Mac, Chromebook, laptop/desktop support
  • Knowledge of building and maintaining machine images
  • Independent & team player with Problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Understanding of servers, networking, DNS, HTML, TCP/IP, file systems
  • Strong time management and self-motivation
  • Experience with high-pressure situations and multitasking
  • Knowledge of Azure/Active Directory, MS Exchange (Office 365), Google Admin
  • Experience with Enterprise Service Desk Software (Service-now, JIRA, ZenDesk, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, endpoint encryption (BitLocker)
  • Adhere to Service Desk procedures and company security/compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote support for Onshore & Offshore teams
  • Manage and track tickets in the Service-Now system
  • Provide tier I & II support for user management, hardware, and software
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communication
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively
  • Respond promptly to IT Help Desk requests
  • Modify local workstation configurations
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding users
  • Ensure equipment setup (computer, monitor, printers, docking station etc.)
  • Maintain inventory of equipment, software and licenses
  • Report issues for escalation to Service Desk
  • Manage Active Directory user/computer groups
  • Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed
  • Assist in hardware/software procurement/ call-log with product manufacturer as needed
  • Maintain Office 365 Exchange administration (On-Premise and Cloud)
