An onsite technician is required to perform a detailed inspection and troubleshooting. The activity will involve checking router hardware health, performing console access, verifying cabling, testing power supply, and ensuring proper connectivity restoration. The engineer should be well-equipped with standard networking tools and have hands-on experience in handling router installation, cabling, and physical troubleshooting.
