International IT Support Trainee

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for providing the first-line of telephone/virtual technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, peripherals, sub-systems and/or applications for customers.
•  L1 and L2 support to be provided for desktops, printers, operating systems, cloud, etc.
•  Applies basic/advanced diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and fix tech related failures.
•  Takes end to end Ownership of Customer Issues until resolution and follow up as mandated by the process requirements.
•  Anticipate customer needs and effectively addressing concerns related to their issue or resolution.
•  Up selling and cross-selling brand products and services of Microsoft, HP, Dell, Lenovo etc
•  Responsible for effectively handling customer queries and providing exceptional customer service.
•  Maintaining Consistent Productivity and consistently achieving assigned targets.
•  Ability to handle clients professionally during all interfaces.
•  Meet Call Quality requirements according to Call Monitoring Guidelines.
•  Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

Qualifications & Skills:

• 

  Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field [2024 or 2025 batch freshers only]

•  Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and networking fundamentals.
•  Understanding of AI tools will be preferred.
•  Understanding of fundamental networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
•  Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
•  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
