Job Title: Head of IT / IT Manager

Job Summary:

IT Head

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business objectives
Lead IT operations, including network infrastructure, systems administration, software applications, and user support
Manage IT projects such as ERP implementation, software upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
Ensure robust cybersecurity practices, data protection, and business continuity planning
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software
Evaluate and manage IT vendors, service providers, and licensing agreements
Create and monitor IT budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving initiatives
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GDPR, etc.)
Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to the IT team
Maintain service-level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high availability of critical systems

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in IT management, including leadership roles
Strong technical knowledge across networking, server infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
Excellent project management and vendor negotiation skills
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Up-to-date with the latest IT trends, tools, and best practices

Preferred Skills:

Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Microsoft/AWS certifications
Experience in managing IT in manufacturing, engineering, or enterprise environments
Exposure to automation, IoT, or AI technologies (if applicable)
