Job Summary : We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically proficient writer to join our team as a Technical Content Writer . The ideal candidate should have understanding of QCI standards, military standard documents (e.g., JSS 5855, JSS 55555), and ISO/IEC 17065 standards, especially in the context of DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) compliance. This role requires exceptional writing skills, analytical abilities, and the capacity to interpret and document complex technical data. Location: Noida, Sector 60 Eligibility: Qualification : B-Tech or M-Tech in Aeronautics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Design, or related fields. Experience : 1- or 2-years’ experience in the relevant field. Freshers are also welcomed, if they have prior understanding or interest in the relevant field. Key Responsibilities: Create clear and comprehensive user manuals, system design documents, and other technical documents. Collaborate with engineers, developers, and subject matter experts to gather technical information and ensure accuracy. Break down complex engineering concepts into easily understandable documentation. Maintain and update existing documentation as needed. Edit and proofread content for clarity, consistency, grammar, and style. Work in accordance with established company standards and processes for document creation and version control. Utilize diagrams, illustrations, and screenshots to enhance the documentation. Ensure technical documentation is up to date with new features, products, or design modifications. Required Skills: In-depth knowledge of QCI standards and military standard documents (JSS series, etc.). Strong working understanding of ISO/IEC 17065 and DGCA regulatory framework . Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts. Quick reasoning and analytical thinking, with a knack for identifying and resolving inconsistencies. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration. Proficiency or background in mechanical or electronics engineering concepts. Preferred Skills: Degree in Engineering , Technical Writing , Quality Assurance , or a related field. Additional Advantage: Previous experience in a defence, aerospace, or aviation regulatory environment. Familiarity with tools like MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, or documentation management software.
