Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, located in Noida. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, generating leads, and managing business accounts. The role involves daily communication with potential clients, devising business strategies, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The Business Development Executive will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business growth and targets. Responsibilitie s: 1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets to increase the revenue generated from the product sales. 2. Identifying and targeting new markets or geographical regions for product sales and growth. 3. Developing and implementing strategies to generate a consistent flow of qualified leads interested in software and drone solutions. 4. Acquiring new clients and customers by building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales deals. 5. Ensuring the satisfaction and retention of existing clients by providing support and addressing their needs effectively. 6. Identifying and establishing strategic partnerships with other companies in the drone or related industries to expand market reach. 7. Collaborating with the product development team to customize software and drone solutions to meet client-specific needs. 8. Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. 9. Software Onsite training and demonstration to clients. 10. Managing the sales pipeline efficiently by tracking leads and opportunities at different stages, ensuring a steady conversion of leads into sales. 11. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business. 12. Preparing and submitting responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotations (RFQs) from potential clients. 13. Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close deals effectively. 14. Regularly providing detailed sales reports and updates to senior management. Skills & additional requirement Proven Sales and Marketing Experience. Good understanding of technology of Drones. Foot on the ground person with readiness to travel.
