Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Store Executive to manage the inventory and warehouse operations for our drone manufacturing and service company. The ideal candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of components, drones, and related equipment, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely availability of materials. Location : Noida (On - Site) Experience Required : 2 to 3 years Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of drones, spare parts, tools, and accessories using inventory management software. Monitor stock levels and generate purchase requests as required. Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies. Material Handling: Receive, inspect, and label incoming materials and parts. Ensure safe storage of electronic and delicate components. Manage the packing and dispatch of orders to customers, field teams, or service centers. Coordination: Work closely with the procurement, production, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of parts and materials. Documentation: Maintain proper documentation for all inbound and outbound inventory. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards related to warehousing and drone components. Warehouse Organization: Organize and maintain a clean, secure, and efficient store layout. Implement best practices for handling sensitive electronic components (e.g., ESD precautions). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. 2+ years of experience in store or warehouse management; experience in drone, electronics, or aerospace industry is a plus. Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Tally, Zoho Inventory, SAP). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
