We are looking for an Inbound Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The Inbound Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating operations, implementing effective strategies to drive inbound sales, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves analyzing customer needs, optimizing processes, managing client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About the Role:

We are looking for a result-driven Inbound Manager to lead and optimize our inbound lead generation efforts for IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inbound channels, qualifying leads, optimizing marketing funnels, and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams to convert prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Conversion

Manage and nurture inbound leads coming through multiple channels (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, marketplaces, etc.).

Qualify, prioritize, and assign leads to the sales team based on relevance and potential.

Track and report on lead flow, conversion rates, and ROI from inbound activities.

Inbound Strategy & Optimization

Develop and execute strategies to increase quality inbound leads through SEO, content marketing, PPC, and organic campaigns.

Work closely with the digital marketing team to refine landing pages, CTAs, and lead magnets for higher conversion.

Ensure timely and personalized follow-up communication to improve engagement and deal closure.

Collaboration

Coordinate with Business Development Executives and Sales Managers to ensure smooth handover and tracking of inbound leads.

Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with target audience and service offerings.

Share feedback and insights from leads to help refine targeting and messaging strategies.

Analytics & Reporting

Maintain dashboards and performance metrics related to inbound leads, conversion, and pipeline growth.

Monitor KPIs like CPL (Cost per Lead), MQL to SQL conversion, and average response time.

Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience (4–8 years) in inbound marketing, lead generation, or sales operations within an IT service or software company.

Strong understanding of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Apollo.io).

Familiarity with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and content marketing.

Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or IT.

Certification in Inbound Marketing, HubSpot, or Google Analytics (preferred).

Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Australia, or Middle East markets).
