Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inbound Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Inbound Manager will oversee day-to-day inbound operational functions, ensuring smooth workflows to drive efficiency and deliver stellar customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing inbound processes, enhancing operational effectiveness, providing exceptional customer service, and aligning strategies with business objectives. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to meet organizational targets.

Experience : 6+ Years,

Proven experience of working with IT Service,

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and processes
• Leadership and organizational skills to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and make data-driven decisions
• Previous experience in inbound operations or a similar role is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
