Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales and frontline roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Execute bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, campus hiring, and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop manpower plans.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.).
• Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment agencies when needed.

Sales & Target-Driven Hiring Support:

• Understand sales team dynamics and ensure hiring aligns with sales objectives.
• Work closely with the sales leadership to identify performance gaps and talent needs.
• Design and implement incentive or retention strategies for sales staff.

HR Operations:

• Maintain and manage employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding, induction, and orientation programs.
• Handle employee engagement activities, attendance management, and HR reporting.
• Assist in payroll coordination and compliance as needed.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a bridge between HR, sales, and operations to ensure cohesive functioning.
• Provide timely updates to management on hiring progress, HR metrics, and workforce planning.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 4–5 years of experience in HR, specifically in bulk hiring, sales recruitment, and operational HR.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, especially in high-growth or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume hiring targets.
• Proficiency in HRMS systems, ATS tools, and MS Office Suite.
