Responsibilities&Duties:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

· Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

· Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create clear job descriptions.

· Enhance employer branding through social media, job fairs, and networking events.

· Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

· Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

· Stay current with industry trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Skills& Requirements:

· Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.

· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
