Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Specialist at Digironics. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for supporting HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, overseeing personnel management, and ensuring compliance with human resources regulations. The role involves serving as a key point of contact for employees, addressing their HR-related inquiries and concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
• Personnel Management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the tech industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
