Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resources professional to lead and oversee the entire HR function for the organization. In this executive role, you will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the company’s growth, culture, and compliance requirements. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, ensure efficient HR operations, and contribute to the organization’s overall success by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Software Requirements
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with HR management software and enterprise HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or equivalent)
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Experience in HR automation platforms and digital HR solutions
Overall Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance
- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal standards
- Oversee employee relations and resolve workplace issues effectively, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of HR professionals, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent
- Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs ensuring competitiveness and compliance
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics, reporting insights to leadership and recommending process improvements
- Ensure HR practices are compliant with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards across relevant jurisdictions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, promoting organizational values and supporting strategic initiatives

- Required: Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment regulations

Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of HR management experience, including leading HR teams and operations at a senior level
- Demonstrated success in managing HR processes within large or complex organizational structures
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and strategies
- Extensive experience in employee relations and resolving workplace issues
- Preference for experience in diverse or international work environments
- Alternative pathways: Candidates with substantial HR leadership experience in similar-sized organizations or industries may qualify, provided they demonstrate the required competencies
Day-to-Day Activities
- Provide strategic leadership to the HR department and oversee daily HR operations
- Communicate HR strategies, policies, issues, and risks to executive stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional development and high-performance standards
- Manage employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution and fostering a positive work environment
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Oversee talent acquisition efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a consistent and effective process
- Administer and monitor employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring market competitiveness
- Track and analyze HR metrics and KPIs, preparing reports for leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements impacting HR practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are preferred
- Extensive experience in HR management within large or multi-site organizations
- Deep understanding of employment law and HR best practices across different jurisdictions
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple projects, and influence organizational change
